In case you didn't know, it's the 21st Century. And also in case you didn't know, Hollywood still has stereotypes it loves to perpetuate.
Admit it: Most of your perception of history comes mostly from Hollywood blockbusters and skewed textbooks.

We miss a lot in movies. Some of it is cool little details moviemakers hope we miss and discover later, but most of it is unintentional stuff they're glad we did.
We like to go to bed at night believing we're safe -- that there's no such thing as monsters. We even tell children that. But we're wrong. Very, very wrong.
We all know that Hollywood fudges some facts to make for a more entertaining movie. But it turns out some of those things they neglect to mention end up being pretty unfortunate when reapplied to the movie.
Obviously in our formative years, these toys look badass. And while we understand that hindsight is 20/20, come on -- these things should've never graced our sticky little hands.
